I originally started calling salvage yards to get prices for a used windshield. Then I did a google search and found these guys. I figured what the hell, I’ll call them just to see the price difference. |

I wound up getting a brand new window, with installation at my work, and a lifetime warranty, for $30 more than the used window at the salvage yard would have been, and that would have just been for the window!! |

I would recommend A Clear View to anyone I know who needs to have glass replaced. The service, the price, the quality of the work done, each of these things in their own would make me want to support a business. How could I go wrong in choosing a company where I got all of those???

Billy Solomon and Ahmed are simply phenomenal. My Acura TL was broken into on New Years, which made for a very rude awakening the next morning. But the experience proved profitable, for I got a lesson in what it means to deliver AMAZING customer service. And when you’re a relationship sales guy, customer service means everything.

Billy came out and did the job for hundreds less than the dealership would have. His sidekick Ahmen, answered the phone on the first ring, and they were at my house, with a discounted peice of glass, within 2 hrs. The job was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Before he left however, Billy was sure to remind me that his work was 100% guaranteed….period.

Well, he followed through on his commitment Monday. My door lock, on the door he fixed, wasn’t functioning. I took it to Kearny Mesa Acura and they said it would cost $400 to fix. I called Billy and we met at the dealership in less than 45 minutes. He had already discussed the problem with the Acura Technician and found a part that he could get for free. But here’s the best part: he paid the $55 Acura wanted to charge me for taking the door panel off my car.

So as you can see, these guys are men of their word. I never expected that they would go to these lengths to gurarantee my satisfaction. But what it all comes down to is character. Billy is a good business man and a GREAT person. You can trust him, and you’ll definitely refer him to your friends. He’s someone I look up to as a busienss person. Alex W. |

I called several places around town and these guys offered me the lowest price. They came to replace my windshield Saturday (2/21), but brought the wrong one. Billy said he would give me a call in two hours, but called 6 hours later. During the evening conversation, he said he would call the dealership, find the right glass, and call me Mon. Today is Thur (2/26) and I have not heard from him. I can’t say anything about their workmanship since they haven’t replaced my windshield, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. |

If you ever need anything to do with your auto glass, these are the guys to call!!! Not only are they cheap, they’re also fast. It took them less then 20 minutes to complete the job. They called me at 0900 with a quote and they were at my door before Noon.

These guys just did my window and did a great job for a good price. They came to my apartment and changed it in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly service and quality work!
